Individual support On Site!


Its not coaching nor theraphy, its support provided by a licenced psychologist. We are based on CBT Cogntive Behavioral Therapy and take our stance from a behavioral assessment. We adress both perfromance related issues as well as stress management and healt related topics. We are licenced clinitians as well. the difference is that you dont have to come to us we come to you. Many times clients are reluctant to seek help due to stigma and not seldom is that stigma from within. it takes curage to see and comunicate ones own needs. starting with just providing support we together evaluate your situation, needs and wants. to see if there are any issues that needs to be dealt with. 

Stress Anxiety and perfromance 

Stress and Anxiety are normal parts of life. Both trigger the sympathetic nervous system with an array of physiological symptoms. Over time the adaptive function that stress and anxiety actually have, can be maladaptive that is they can trigger without giving us an advantage. Advantage? yes stress responses and anxiety has evolved to let us allocate the right resources to manage challenging situations. but if we respond to everyday situations then it can become toxic. Together we look at how a functional and adaptive system can run amok and cause a decline in both function and life quality. 

Stress problems is not a sign of weakness, it's a sign that your system is working, but it might be triggered too much. 


CBT based support 

We provide support from a Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic perspective. We analyze the situation and possible ways to deal with it, then we guide you through the process of gaining control.
